Refund policy

Refunds & Returns:
We accept Returns if our products are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s). Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. If a Refund is offered, it will be in the form of our Store Gift Card to be used for any purchase of equal value.

Ordering the wrong products, quantities, sizes, materials or colors does not qualify for a return so be sure you order the proper item(s) before confirming your order.

Eligibility for all Returns will be determined on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion & all returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned such as custom items, discounted items, gift cards or fundraiser items.

Damaged Products:
If your order is damaged in shipping you can refuse to accept it only if you take pictures to prove it's condition before giving it back to the courier, if you are there when the courier arrives. Otherwise, if the order is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item(s) take pictures of the package &/or contents & contact us within 5 business days, after which we will send you a short Return Form for more details & to determine your eligibility.

Return shipping: 
Initially paid by the purchaser, shipping may be credited back to the customer upon our receipt of the return, made in the form of our Store Gift Card or as free or discounted shipping for a replacement order, of the same shipping value.
