Shipping policy
Overview:
We make every effort to ensure that your package arrives with the contents in mint condition but since our shipping is being outsourced, it is totally beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact the Shipper as soon as possible so your claim can be resolved in a timely manner. If your package is damaged, please contact the Shipper immediately.
Courier Changes: We reserve the right to change or switch couriers or shipping services if necessary to ensure the best possible delivery experience. Any alternative courier options we choose will offer a comparable or improved service to guarantee your order is delivered in a timely manner and in excellent condition. No Extra Charges will Apply without your Prior Consent.
Damaged Products:
If your order is damaged in shipping, you can refuse to accept it only if you take pictures to prove it's condition before giving it back to the courier, if you are there when the package arrives. Otherwise, if the order is damaged, take pictures & contact us within 5 business days at the email below for further instructions.
Return Shipping: Return Shipping is Paid by the Sender unless the order is refused. Once we receive, inspect & authorize your return & if we deem that your order should be replaced because of damages in transport, your replacement order will be re-sent at no cost to you, including shipping. Eligibility for all Returns will be determined on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion & all returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom items, discounted items, gift cards or fundraiser items, unless they were damaged in transport, eligibility to be determined solely by us, on a case by case basis, following the parameters above.
